Of course! If your cat has any special needs, then tell us. depending on the situation of your cat we can change things for it.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We have different types of food and litter for each age of kitten or cat. we will also supply cat toys from our shop, if your cat really likes the toys, you may want to consider buying it.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
If you want to check on your pet during their stay, you can simply message us or give us a call and then you can just come over and visit your cat. When you come to visit your cat it is fine to bring a a cat toy or treats for your cat.
How do I buy a pack of cat food or a cat toy from your shop if you don't sell it?
It is simple. All you have to do is contact us from the from the contact page and tell us what food your cat eats and we will make it readily available for you.
Can you sell litter or litter boxes in your shop?
We don't really sell litter or litter boxes in our shop but you can easily buy some from your local cat shops.
What happens if my cat gets sick during their stay at daycare?
Of course if you cat gets sick during their stay then we will will call you and let you know immediately. If you are not available at the time we will bring your cat to a trusted vet immediately.
